Deputy General Manager
He graduated from Vocational College of Commerce, and entered into catering industry in 1987. He is one of Hunan cuisine masters, senior professional managers, Chinese famous cooking teachers, and senior cooking technicians. He was awarded as influential man of 2007 Chinese cuisine medicinal food, and so many gold awards of domestic cooking competition. He once served as executive chef and general manager of several star-rated hotels and restaurants. In 2005, he entered into Maojia Restaurant Development Co., Ltd. as Vice General Manager of Beijing Maojia Restaurant, and then as Minister of Operation Supervision Department of headquarters in July of the same year, and now he serves as Deputy General Manager of headquarters.
