<2>Storefront has moderate landscape orientation and span, simple construction and reformable local structure.
<3>If the storefront has its cross-layer, independent door head or hallway is necessary.

二、"Maojia Yi" Version:

<1>Prefer to the place near shopping malls, shopping centers, commercial complex and other urban core commercial districts with the area of more than 300 square meters.
<2>Storefront has simple construction and good image display.
<3>Storefront has complete supporting facilities, where water, electricity, gas, pollution discharge and smoke evacuation should conform to the requirement of operation.

It was awarded as [National Green Catering Enterprise] by China Cuisine Association and the organizing committee of national green catering consumption engineering in 2003. It was awarded as [Top 100 China Chain Stores] by China Chain Operation Association in 2003, 2005 and 2009. It was awarded as [China Famous Restaurant] and [Top 100 National Catering Enterprises] by China Cuisine Association in 2004. Hunan Shaoshan Maojia Restaurant Development Co., Ltd. is the group member of China Cuisine Association and the Standing Council unit of Hunan Cooking Association.

Tech Support

Headquarters set up cooking training base responsible for dispatching senior skilled Hunan cuisine chef team for each franchisee. After the team passes the assessment and obtains the certificate of Maojia Restaurant chef training base, they can be dispatched according to the physical situation of each franchisee. Headquarters are responsible for guiding and implementing storefront decoration, ketchen layout, organizational settings, rules and regulations, operational program, advocacy advertising, marketing techniques, etc.

Operational Guidance

Headquarters are responsible for providing 15-day free training for front desk service staff and assisting franchisee to operate for 5 days. During the period of 20 days, the traveling expense and accommodation of trainers shall be responsible for franchisee.

Operating Support

Headquarters are responsible for providing free Company Profile, Personnel Regulation, Maojia Culture, Document Assembly on Part of The National Media Advertising "Maojia Restaurant" (I) , Document Assembly on Part of The National Media Advertising "Maojia Restaurant" (II), training and operating data, and providing sales promotion after each franchisee opening.

Logistics Distribution

Headquarters' distribution center is responsible for supplying special compounds and by-products of Maojia dishes to each franchisee, whose cooking materials, special condiments, tableware, tableware and other major raw materials shall be supplied by the headquarters according to the requirement of each franchisee by unified logistics (the freight charges shall be burdened by each franchisee).

Charging Standard

一、Version classification, storefront size and charging standard (dividing according to administration district)

二、Management fee is mainly used for subsequent support and supervision for each franchisee. Management fee shall be charged at the date of signing the contract.


三、The Company will deal with comprehensive survey according to the invitation letter filled by the person applying for a franchisee. The charge of round-trip transportation and accommodation of the investigators shall be burned by the the person applying for a franchisee.


四、Franchise Contract shall be signed once every three years, and the service charge and cash deposit shall be paid off as signing the contract. If franchisee wants to renew the contract as the contract expires, the service charge can be favorable according to the standard of contract extension. If the franchisee does not want to renew the contract as the contract expires without any violation phenomenon, the cash deposit can be returned in full amount without any interest.


五、The franchisee shall enjoy the right to use Maojia trademark at local area during the duration of the contract. If the franchisee wants to open up a branch, it should apply again.


六、The franchisee must identity the unified standard of Maojia culture and agree to reach unification and standardization at decoration style, culture exhibition arrangement, cultural goods, employee garment, food utensils, souvenirs, etc. according to the requirements of The Company.


七、Decoration design program of franchisee shall collect design fee according to 50yuan/㎡ of floor area. Franchisee can hire a decoration design company to design under the special case approved by the headquarters, but the decoration design program of franchisee should submit to headquarters for audit, and the audit fee should be collected according to 10,000 yuan per shop.


八、Franchisee can hire a decoration team to deal with its decoration project according to the design drawing strictly. The Company is not responsible for recommending decoration team.


九、Before the opening of franchisee, the Company shall appoint a trainer to deal with free 20-day training to service staff. In addition, the Company can export relevant professional paying talent according to the application of franchisee.


十、The Company shall provide construction manual, attendant training materials, operating manual, manual on operation management system, employee manual, marketing manual, distribution manual, and other full range of construction operations manual to franchisee, and will appoint some staff to supervise the franchisee from time to time.


十一、As seek to recognize unified image of Maojia Restaurant, Party B should purchase unified material supplies required from Party A, including special souvenirs of Maojia Restaurant, and food utensils, menu, receipts, employee garment, etc. printed with unified identity. As for the special cases approved by Party A, Party B can purchase by itself. But Party B should print them according to the identity unified by Party A; otherwise, it will be seen as default.


十二、As seek to unify taste and ensure the product quality, all raw materials of Party B Maojia dishes (including cured series, stewed duck in soy sauce, chopped peppers, fire baked fish, fermented bean curd, seasoning and other specialty dry food) should be delivered by Party A uniformly, which can avoid that any quality problem caused by Party B purchasing raw material at other market may create harmful effect to Maojia brand.


十三、The chef team of Maojia dishes required by Party B should be dispatched by Party A uniformly to ensure the authentic dishes. Without the approval of Party A, Party B should not hire any chef, and Party B shall enjoy an administrative right to manage the chefs dispatched by Party A.
