Tang Ruiren (The Founder)
She was born in 1930. The founder of "Maojia Restaurant", Chairman of Hunan Shaoshan Maojia Restaurant Development Co., Ltd. Successive manager of Shaoshan Maojia Restaurant, once the executive committee member of Federation of Industry and Commerce of Hunan Province, the executive committee member of Federation of Industry and Commerce of Xiangtan City, Vice Chairman of the City Self-Employed and Private Enterprises Association, the member of the standing committee of the People's Political Consultative Conference of Shaoxing City. She was awarded as "National Bright Star", "The Chinese Outstanding Entrepreneurship Women", "Double Top Ten National Workers Moral Construction", "National Advanced Individual Workers", "National Individual Industrial and Commercial Households of Integrity and Civilization", "National Double Support Model", "Top 10 Glorious Causes in Hunan Province", "Top 100 Women", "Advanced Individual Workers", "Advance Individual of Dual Campaign and Poverty Alleviation", "119 Fire Protection Award", and other more than hundreds of national and provincial honorable titles.



Mao Taozhi (Chairman)
She is the daughter of the founder Tang Ruiren, and 2008 Beijing Olympic Games torch bearer. Current Chairman of Hunan Shaoshan Maojia Restaurant Development Co., Ltd., Chairman of Maojia food factory, member of a council of Private Enterprises Association in Hunan Province, deputy to the Xiangtan City People's Congress, Vice Chairman of Private Enterprises Association of Xiangtan City, the executive committee member of the City Women's Federation of Xiangtan City, Vice Chairman of Xiangtan City Association of Women Entrepreneurs, the member of the standing committee of Xiangtan Federation of Industry and Commerce, Vice Chairman of Xiangtan City Federation of Literature and Art of Enterprises and Institutions, the executive committee member of Shaoshan City Women's Federation, and Vice Chairman of Shaoshan City Federation of Industry and Commerce.



Mao Yu (Executive General Manager)
Executive General Manager
He graduated from business administration major of Fiji, Australian, later he engaged in advanced studies in Tsinghua University and entered into catering industry. He is one of senior professional managers, entered into Maojia Restaurant Development Co., Ltd. in 2004 as manager, supervisor and trainer of many Maojia Restaurants. In 2007, he was appointed as Deputy General Manager responsible for company's supervision, operation, training, etc. In 2009, he was appointed as Executive General Manager of the company.



Xia Xiaohu (Deputy General Manager)
He graduated from Vocational College of Commerce, and entered into catering industry in 1987. He is one of Hunan cuisine masters, senior professional managers, Chinese famous cooking teachers, and senior cooking technicians. He was awarded as influential man of 2007 Chinese cuisine medicinal food, and so many gold awards of domestic cooking competition. He once served as executive chef and general manager of several star-rated hotels and restaurants. In 2005, he entered into Maojia Restaurant Development Co., Ltd. as Vice General Manager of Beijing Maojia Restaurant, and then as Minister of Operation Supervision Department of headquarters in July of the same year, and now he serves as Deputy General Manager of headquarters.



Liu Wei (Chief Financial Officer)
He graduated from Loudi Vocational Technical College. He is one of senior professional managers with rich experience of financial management in hotel industry for 20 years. Since 2009, he has served as Chief Financial Officer of Hunan Shaoshan Maojia Restaurant Development Co., Ltd., once served as financial manager and Chief Financial Officer of hotel management companies, financial consulting firms and catering franchisees companies.




Zhao Jinshan (Chief Executive Officer and Head of Executive Office)

He graduated from Changde Teachers College (now it is called as Hunan University of Arts and Science) and has engaged in administration for more than 20 years. He enjoys rich practical experience at administrative management, business process management, standard system construction, enterprise image recognition system construction and operation management. Prior to entering into Maojia Restaurant Development Co., Ltd., he served in state-controlled enterprise and large commerce chain corporation successively.



Chen Wenbin (Director of Marketing Department)
Engaged in catering industry for more than 20 years, he is one of senior professional managers. He is serving as Director of Marketing Department of Hunan Shaoshan Maojia Restaurant Development Co., Ltd. responsible for market development, consultation, site selection and investigation work of subordinate chain stores.





Zhang Pin'an (Director of Kitchen Management Department)
In 1991, he graduated from Hunan Zhongshan Culinary Institute and engaged in catering chef industry for more than 18 years. He was awarded as Hunan cuisine master, senior cooking technician, member of China Cuisine Association, Gold Award of Oriental Gourmet Cooking Competition, top 10 influential men of Beijing Chinese medicated food cate. In 2005, he entered into Shaoshan Maojia Restaurant Development Co., Ltd. once served as Executive Chef and Technical Director of Bejing Financial Street shop and Asian Sports Village shop. Now he is Director of Kitchen Management Department responsible for chef building, training, dispatch and dishes R&D.



Xie Shu'an (Director of Production Department)
He has entered into catering industry for nearly 40 years, once served as Hunan Catering Company and awarded as the title of senior technician. He is one of senior professional managers, Hunan cuisine masters and Chinese cuisine masters. In 2003, he entered into model shop of Maojia Restaurant as executive chef. Since 2006, he was transferred into the headquarters Shaoshan Maojia Restaurant Development Co., Ltd. as Director of R&D Center and Quality Inspection Department until now.



Zhang Renjun (Director of Quality Inspection Department)
He was awarded as the title of cuisine master, senior professional manager, senior cooking technician, Chinese cuisine master, Hunan cuisine master, Chinese medicated food master. He also was awarded as gold award of national Chinese medicated food contest and Chinese gold chef award. Since he entered into catering industry in 1989, he served as Executive Chef, F&B Director, General Manager of several star-rated hotels and restaurants. Now, he is serving as Director of Quality Inspection Department of Hunan Shaoshan Maojia Restaurant Development Co., Ltd. responsible for supervising subordinate chain stores and dishes R&D work.



Yang Zhen (Director of Human Resources Department)
He is one of senior professional managers with a professional qualification certificate of General Manager by National Tourism Administration. He engaged into hotel industry for more than 15 years, once served as General Manager of many high star-level hotels. He enjoys steady personal character and work style for perfection. He also enjoys quite strong training ability, once served as training, quality inspection and HR manager of many high star-level hotels, who can design relevant training course in accordance with the actual management situation of the hotel. He pays more attention to effectiveness management, and is good at reflection and summary. He is serving as Director of Human Resources Department of Hunan Shaoshan Maojia Restaurant Development Co., Ltd. responsible for human resource management and national professional managers dispatch work.



Zhu Wei (Director of Training Department)
He is one of senior professional managers servicing for catering industry for more than 10 years. He was once the manager of Paragon Hotel, Gold Source Hotel and other many starred hotels. In 2005, he entered into Maojia Restaurant Development Co., Ltd. as senior management of Bejing Financial Street shop and Asian Sports Village shop. He is the Director of Training Department of Maojia Restaurant Development Co., Ltd. responsible for personnel training, prophase preparing and operating patrol work.



Yi Dang (Director of Planning Department)
He is one of senior hotel brand planning designers. In 1999, he entered into hotel industry as Design Director of Hongkong Yihao Hotel Management Company and Xinyitang Hotel Design Company, and worked for brand planning and design of many starred hotel and restaurants. Later, he entered into Hunan Shaoshan Maojia Restaurant Development Co., Ltd. responsible for brand image design, market activities promotion, and image decoration of various fields of the Company.



Mei Lirong (Director of Legal Department)
She graduated from Law School of Xiangtan University with the degree of Master Degree Candidate. She is full of working experience in court and proficient in enterprise legal regulation and execution. She is working in Legal Department of Hunan Shaoshan Maojia Restaurant Development Co., Ltd. responsible for contract drafting and reviewing, intellectual property rights protection and risk control.




Liu Zhenhui (Head of Quality Inspection Department)
He is one of senior cooking teachers and Chinese cooking technicians. In 1994, he entered into catering industry, was once Executive Chef of many hotels and restaurants. He is servicing as Director of Quality Inspection Department of Hunan Shaoshan Maojia Restaurant Development Co., Ltd. responsible for supervision and R&D work of each franchisee and kitchen now.




Zhong Weilin (Head of Quality Inspection Department)
He has serviced in catering chef industry for more than 20 years since 1992. In 1999, he was awarded as the Chinese cooking technician approved by provincial Labour Department. In 2016, he was awarded as one of Chinese cuisine masters. He is Head of Quality Inspection Department of Hunan Shaoshan Maojia Restaurant Development Co., Ltd.




Chen Gang (Head of Marketing Department)
He graduated from University Of Science and Technology of Hunan with the major of marketing. He is one of senior professional managers servicing catering industry for more than 10 years. He is serving as Director of Marketing Department of Hunan Shaoshan Maojia Restaurant Development Co., Ltd. responsible for market development, consultation, site selection and investigation work of subordinate chain stores.




Shi Honglin [Head of chef training]
He graduated from Changsha city commercial industrial school servicing catering industry for more than 30 years. He is one of senior professional managers and national cooking technicians, national chef evaluators and national vocational skill training lecturers. He was once the cooking training lecturer of going abroad of Department of Commerce of Hunan Province, the lecturer of cooking training research of professional appraisal institute of Hunan Province Department of Labor and training teacher of several chain catering industry. He is responsible for cooking training of Maojia Restaurant now.
